Area Sales Manager - Al-Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. (AICC) | Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia Al-Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company (AICC) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to develop, monitor, and support our sales teams across all categories (Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Key Accounts Executive, Sales Specialist, and Sales Executive). The ideal candidate will help expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure long-lasting relationships. Areas of Contribution and Related Responsibilities

Operational Involvement

  1. Achieve the Sales Manager target by helping them to achieve their team targets, Following Sales Supervisors, Key Accounts Sales Manager, etc.
  2. Conduct field visits with team members to targeted clients.
  3. Conduct market research and build a database of prospective clients.
  4. Handle client relations, after-sale service, and collection of policy premiums.
  5. Submit necessary reports as per the direct manager's request.

Compliance & Risk Management

  1. Abide by and continuously monitor the implementation of risk and compliance requirements to ensure company information is protected and threats are controlled.

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Maintain customer relations by following up regularly on clients’ inquiries and requests to ensure quality excellence and efficient provision of service.

Report Development & Documentation

  1. Provide accurate and updated data for reporting purposes as per standards to support sound decision-making.

Policies and Procedures

  1. Strictly adhere to AICC's policies and procedures to ensure risk-free processes and error-free outcomes.

Communications and Working Relationships

  1. Regularly communicate with concerned internal and external parties, using proficient oral and written communication to fulfill duties and ensure process efficiency.

Framework, Boundaries, and Decision Making Authority

The job is subject to standardized work routines, practices, and procedures with fairly general and well-communicated work instructions. The job holder is expected to make routine decisions within their scope of responsibility; they are expected to refer to direct supervision for guidance and updating.

Role Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • BSc degree
  • IFCE Certification
  • Courses and certifications in Insurance are recommended.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven experience is a must.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Leadership and management skills
  • Good planning and strategy-making abilities
  • Proven experience as an insurance sales representative
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.
  • Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and Word.
