Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing special campaigns in partnership with banks.
- Coordinating kiosk placements for card promotions.
- Resolving customer issues related to co-brand cards.
- Managing budget allocations and ensuring timely payment reimbursements .
- Proactively approaching banks for new campaigns and promotions.
- Preparing performance reports on co-brand cards, tracking usage and trends.
- Promoting easy payment plans to enhance customer engagement.
- Overseeing the redemption of bank points programs .
- Monitoring gift card stock availability and coordinating timely replenishment .
- Designing and implementing the media plan for gift card marketing.
- Planning in-store branding for both general and seasonal campaigns.
- Creating and analyzing monthly reports (including YTD comparison and breakage analysis ).
- Approaching potential clients to grow the gift card business.
- Customizing gift cards for corporate and bulk orders.
- Managing sales targets for gift cards across stores and ensuring they are met.
- Handling gift card issues at the store level and collaborating to resolve them.
- Onboarding new aggregators and coordinating marketing campaigns with them.
- Supporting government programs that involve gift card distribution.
- Min Bachelor’s Degree
- Min 2 - 6 yrs Exp
