In March 2024, Newton International Academy, Smash was rewarded Good in all aspects from BSO under the current leadership. The following month, in April 2024, the school was accredited for three years by the Qatar National School Accreditation team (QNSA). This is an exciting opportunity to join an Outstanding International School and have the opportunity to professionally develop as a teacher through our extensive support and CPD programme. Newton International Academy, Smash Campus is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Primary Teacher to join our outstanding team for the new academic year 2025/2026. Newton International Academy, Smash Campus was established in 2019 and is an international school following the English National Curriculum with a student body encompassing over 70 different nationalities. The school is part of the larger Newton Group that was established in 2006 and is now a leading group of private schools in Qatar, comprising of 9 international schools that offer the English National Curriculum. We are seeking creative and dynamic teachers of the highest quality to join us at NIA, Smash. Applicants should possess a commitment to helping children achieve high academic standards in a lively and engaging manner, whilst integrating differentiation and a range of learning styles into their daily practice. Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring all students achieve their potential.
  • Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support where necessary.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to support students' individual learning needs.

  • A bachelor's degree in Education.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • A commitment to the success of every student.
