We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing guest relations, and ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and in line with ibis Brand standards.Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Thai and English.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and team coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
