Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interior - Drafting and Tendering Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of interior design drafting and tendering, from initial concept to final documentation . You will work closely with the design team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality interior projects. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Develop accurate and comprehensive quantity take-offs (QTOs) for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with the design team and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design drafting and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in QS Estimation is a must.
