Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.
- Responsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
- Maintain lab & lab equipment in order. Calibrate as per instructions.
- Follow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiently under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
- Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff.
- Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
- Implement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct HACCP review in consultation with Plant Manager as per plan.
- Maintain HACCP records.
- Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
- Inspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
- Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant Manager.
- Responsible for various sample collection as per Coca-Cola testing requirement.
- Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
- Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
- Previous experience in F&B and FMCG.
- Experience: 10 Years or above.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Science.
