As an Online Brand Manager, you are taking on a very strategic central role for the brand as e-commerce represents 40% of MNY business in the GCC. This position involves many stakeholders like brand, Zone, and the wider E-com community. You will need to have a strong understanding of the e-Commerce and digital environment to drive a consistent objective and brand identity across platforms alongside strong stakeholder management skills. You will determine the E-com growth in the years to come! You will be responsible for creating the Brand Online Strategy to sustain our position as the #1 mass make-up brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build overall E-store brand image: content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story.
  • Implement the e-commerce strategy: focus on increasing online and multichannel revenues by establishing the online selling strategy for a defined client/customer.
  • Champion the Online Brand strategy including: setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross-selling, and off-platform media (LF media budget).
  • Develop a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off-platform traffic for each platform.
  • Responsible for developing marketing tools for the platform.
  • Improve product/brand performance in their respective pillar by building insights through data.
  • Constantly work on buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase.
  • Deliver weekly reporting and update the team on performance by category (sell-out tracking) alongside a clear recommendation on next steps if needed.
  • Own monthly reporting for the brand on E-com to Zone and ManCom.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with a diverse group of people and high collaborative skills across teams in organizations, fast in adapting to new environments, and critical thinking.
  • Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills.
  • Strong Operational Marketing/Digital capability of building detailed activity plans.
  • Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing.
