National Sales Manager - Key Account Main Purpose of Job: Leads the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer(s) in line with business requirements.
  2. Ensure achievement of agreed Customer(s) targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, MOGEs, Forecast accuracy etc.).
  3. Implement, follow up and update Customer(s) Plans.
  4. Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans.
  5. Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
  6. Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives.
  7. Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports.
Education: MSc/MA level in business administration, marketing or relevant field. Professional Experience: More than 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results.
  1. Leads Customer Key Account team.
  2. Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field.
  3. Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
  4. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
