One of the leading semi-government entities in Abu Dhabi has acquired a trailblazer in the entertainment industry, renowned for producing high-caliber events and experiences that captivate audiences across the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth. Reporting to the GM, this person will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of the overall marketing strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and ensuring its seamless execution across the various organizations within the group.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships, working closely with senior leaders from different entities within the group to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Overseeing and managing a team of 8 across marketing and events, with the responsibility to identify talent gaps and strategically grow the team to enhance the organization's marketing capabilities.
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within the UAE.
- Proven experience leading the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, with hands-on execution. This person will be the senior-most leader in the marketing function.
- Preferred backgrounds include: Hospitality (centralized leadership at a MEA/EMEA level), hospitality developers, sports, media, or entertainment industries.
- Must be willing to relocate to or be based in Abu Dhabi to fully benefit from the package offered.
