What business areas can you join? As part of the Khatwaty High School Graduate Programme, you will be allocated to one of the below business areas:

Emirates Airport Service: You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our valued passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
dnata Airport Operations: You will provide exceptional customer service to all passengers at check-in, gates, transfer desk, and special handling.
SkyCargo: You will be responsible for the efficient and quality handling and/or processing of all cargo, courier, and mail.
Group Security: You will carry out general and aviation security duties related to surveillance, guarding, escort, and screening.
Contact Centre: You will provide our valued customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
Finance: You will rotate across various functions within Global Financial Services to develop key financial skills.

What is the selection process?

Qualifications & Experience What are the programme criteria?

Emiratization with Khulasat Al Qaid
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Fluency in any other language is a plus
A levels/High School certificate
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Willing to work in a shift environment
Willing to wear a uniform (Front-line customer-facing roles)
PC-based skills to operate Windows package (Microsoft Word/Excel/E-mail)
