From Claire Joster International, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi for our client, a global leader in high-quality sealing solutions for cables and pipes. Their solutions are trusted by major projects worldwide, from the oil and gas sector to the cruise industry, demonstrating versatility and reliability. Your Role

  1. Develop and execute an effective sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives for the UAE region.
  2. Analyze the local market to identify growth opportunities and create plans that maximize sales reach across the region.
  3. Recruitment, promotion, sale and loyalty of new customers in the Middle East electricity sector.
  4. Promotion, validity and development of systems defined in the Strategic Plan designed by the company.
  5. Monitoring of commercial operations and negotiation processes.
  6. Develop and manage the sales budget for the region, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
  7. Collaborate with the DIRCOM in the monitoring of sales and analysis of results.
  8. Consulting: subtract technical support in presentations and necessary commercial actions.
  9. Fulfillment of the internal process of customer order management, from the presentation of the offer, its follow-up and exit, to billing and collection.
  10. Coordination with the technology area in the identification and development of products that adapt to the needs of the market.
  11. Monthly activity reporting to the Commercial Management.
Your Profile:
  1. 2-3 years in a similar position in the industrial sector in direct sales positions to the end customers.
  2. Advanced English.
  3. Good negotiation and communication skills.
