Job Description NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and PR Executive to join our innovative marketing team. If you're passionate about crafting captivating campaigns, building impactful stories, and elevating brand recognition in a highly competitive market, this role is for you. As part of a growing and ambitious team, you will play a key role in driving the hotel's visibility and engagement with key audiences locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance the hotel's brand visibility and drive business objectives.
Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies across platforms, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
Assist in managing media relations, including writing press releases, coordinating media visits, and fostering relationships with key journalists and influencers.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, F&B, and Operations) to align marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives.
Coordinate photoshoots and the creation of high-quality visual content to support campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Support the organization of promotional events, F&B activations, and partnerships to position the property as a lifestyle destination.
Maintain brand standards across all external and internal communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
