Job Title: Deputy Finance Manager School: EAS Country: UAE Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent (Attested certificates) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Overview: Minimum 4+ years of field experience required. Excellent English/Arabic (bilingual proficiency) is essential. Responsibilities:
- Handling Finance & Accounts operations of UAE & SAUDI.
- Liaison with Bank for any loan facility / corporate Banking / Covenant testing / documents submission.
- Ensure minimal AR having timely follow-up and taking necessary action as per policy.
- Ensure smooth vendor payment including payroll and reimbursement.
- Preparation of Latest Estimate, Cash forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure proper closure of Monthly book closure with accuracy and within due time framework.
- Responsible for month MIS and Variance analysis.
- Monthly submission on Balance Sheet & the schedules onto IBM COGNOS CONTROLLER.
- Handling all geo as well as Corporate reporting of assigned Campus / GEO.
- Preparation of draft Financials & Schedule for audit and ensuring timely closure of statutory audit, adherence of IFRS compliances.
- Ensuring all statutory & regulatory compliance for Campus (i.e. timely submission of VAT return, Audited FS, Income tax return, Computation of Tax, Banking KYC etc.).
- Adherence to company SOP and internal controls.
- Validation of Payroll and its Accounting entry.
- Preparation of various Internal reports to different stakeholders (local Divisional Head).
