Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage our corn and wheat milling operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing plant performance to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the corn and wheat milling plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Manage and coordinate the work of production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the plant.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
Monitor production performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and product quality.
Prepare and manage the plant’s budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership, training, and development to plant staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, food technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in plant management with a strong background in corn and wheat milling.
Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of milling processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia .
