We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing showroom staff, maintaining showroom standards, and driving sales performance. The Showroom Manager will play a key role in delivering a premium shopping experience while meeting business goals. Candidates on Visit Visa or cancelled visa will be given more preference since it’s an immediate vacancy which needs to be filled. Work Location will be Umm Al Quwain – UAE – Only candidates who has experience in Furniture Industry will be considered for interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
Coordinate product displays and promotions to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for customers.
Maintain showroom layout, making necessary adjustments to optimize space and product placement.
Sales Management:
Drive showroom sales by developing and executing sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and support to showroom staff to enhance sales performance.
Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Oversee the closing of sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Customer Service:
Ensure customers receive a high-quality shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for effective resolutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Organize and host customer events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
Team Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of showroom staff, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Schedule staff shifts and manage time off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maintain high morale and productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and company updates.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and promotions for the showroom.
Develop creative visual merchandising ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure the showroom is aligned with the brand image and company values.
Analyze competitors and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track showroom performance and provide regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role in furniture, home decor, or retail.
Strong knowledge of furniture products, trends, and customer preferences.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate a team and meet sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
