INTERN Data & Information Services Department
Job Description- Daily responsibilities will be adjusted upon interview depending on the individual's background and career goals.
- Assist in the DISD tasks as assigned;
- Arrange filing and documents;
- Provide general support.
- Education: Candidates must meet at least one of the following educational requirements:
- currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree; or
- currently in the third year of a Bachelor's degree;
- recently graduated with a university degree (first or second degree as defined above), within the last 6 months.
- Desired Profile:
- Show high interest and motivation in working in an organization;
- Be intellectually curious and desire to constantly learn;
- Possess good analytical skills in gathering and consolidating data;
- Be outgoing and initiative-taking person with a goal-oriented mind-set;
- Communicate effectively when working in teams and independently;
- Be good at organizing and structuring various tasks and responsibilities;
- Respond positively to feedback and differing points of view;
- Consistently approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude;
- Field of study: Computer Science, IT, Computer Information System, Programming, System Analysis, Software Engineering;
- IT skills: Proficient PC user with good knowledge of MS Office suite;
- Languages: English is the working language of the GECF Secretariat. For this internship, fluency in oral and written English is required.
