Technical Architect Job Location : UAE Responsibilities: • Technical Expertise: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans ensuring compliance with codes and standards. • Collaborative Design: Develop innovative solutions aligned with project goals, collaborating seamlessly with teams. • Project Management: Own project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, coordinating stakeholders for smooth execution. • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards through thorough reviews, addressing technical challenges proactively. • Client Interaction: Serve as a technical point of contact, presenting proposals and reports professionally, addressing client feedback. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on technical aspects. • At least 2 years of experience working in Dubai, with a solid understanding of local regulations and construction practices. • Experience working for a design studio or consultancy, preferably with exposure to a variety of project types and scales. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software, with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Dubai is highly desirable..
