At Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, the Manager - Multimedia Designer is tasked with overseeing the creation and implementation of engaging multimedia content that enhances the guest experience and builds brand awareness. This role requires a creative and technical expert who can deliver high-quality designs, animations, and other visual media for various platforms including digital marketing, events, and park attractions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of multimedia designers to produce innovative content that aligns with Six Flags' brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
Create and manage design projects from conception through production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the design of graphics, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia elements for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of multimedia content and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices in multimedia design.
Conduct training and mentorship sessions for team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and freelancers for specialized design projects as needed.
Ensure that all design work is consistent, high quality, and aligns with the overall guest experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a track record of managing projects and leading creative teams. Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects, including animations, motion graphics, and digital content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creativity.
