Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager for our high-end restaurant - La Maison Ani by Chef Izu, located in Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall. Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations in upmarket restaurant concepts.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
