Our client is a leading event management company based in Riyadh, specializing in delivering top-tier solutions for high-profile projects. They are seeking a Director of Business Development and Operations to spearhead growth initiatives and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Lead business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and expand the client base across sectors.Utilize practical and visual technical skills to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.Develop and execute strategies to approach potential customers, focusing on event management and project delivery.Minimum Requirements:Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in event management or business development within the advertising, interior design, or architectural industries.Nationality: Preferred - Saudi Nationals but open to other Arabic speakers.Skills: Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to visually direct and engage clients on complex projects.Profile: A hunter mentality, capable of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic relationship-building.
