Opening: 1 Nos.Job ID: 30190Employment Type: Full TimeWork Experience: 7.0 Year(s) To 8.0 Year(s)Function: IT Software - Project & Program Mgt / OtherWe have an urgent opening for the position of ITAM- IT Asset Management Engineer for a reputed Company at the Dubai location.Company Profile: Established in 1999, the Company is a global provider of digital transformation solutions in the areas of Predictive Analytics, Digital Experience, and Digital Supply Chain Management, and has delivered solutions in 20 countries across North America, the Middle East, Far East, Africa, and Asia.Job Description:The IT Asset Management Administrator is responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function; maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. The scope of IT asset management typically includes all software, hardware, networking, cloud services, and client devices.Responsibilities:Strong vendor management and negotiation skillsStrong knowledge and five years plus experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supportsStrong knowledge of IT software and hardware as well as five or more years' experience working as an IT asset analystFive years or more ITSM tool experience, as well as ServiceNow experienceProven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfullyProfound knowledge of licensing agreements involving softwareStrong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery toolPossess Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, or in another related fieldStrong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervisionExcellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erringExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPossess any ITAM Certification, ITIL, or CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM will be a plusIf you are interested in the same profile kindly REPLY with your updated CV and the following details:Apply NowInterested candidates are requested to apply for this job.Recruiters will evaluate your candidature and will get in touch with you.
