Create a demand plan in weekly buckets (first year) and monthly buckets (second year) representing the shipments to customers. Loads the weekly promo forecast in SAP and reviews carefully to ensure total forecast is correctly calculated. Integrate innovations into the demand plan based on the monthly IBP Marketing meeting. Define for new SKUs the local master data. Weekly follow up on actuals versus forecast after launch to update forecast with latest expectations. Manage the phase out of finished goods with guidance of the Regional Supply Planner in case other SKUs will be delisted Create a high-level forecast for the second year of the demand planning horizon by applying the long -term statistical forecasting approach. Update forecast every quarter and provide this as initial input to operations planning purposes and the Annual Operating Plan volume target setting by the local MSU in first quarter of a calendar year. Review and adjust the total demand forecast to ensure an up to date forecast in the weekly process for the release to supply planning. Reflect the agreed volumes in the total demand forecast in the monthly Integrated Business Planning process as a basis for KPI measurements. Cross functional alignment. Validate that all functions plan based on the same forecast: Align the demand forecast assumptions different functions in the Marketing and Sales unit, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance. Ensure that the aligned forecast of the MSU is equal to the demand forecast the regional planning team is using to develop supply plans. Document the monthly sign off of the general manager on the 18 months rolling demand forecast. Perform product portfolio analysis to validate the SKU volumes versus operations and financial hurdle rates. For the supply from the JDE manufacturing plants cooperate with the Regional Supply Planner to ensure availability of finished goods in the MSU warehouse according to minimum and maximum stock rules. Raise expected service issues and inform stakeholders with information about root cause analysis and stock availability. Execute stock aging and slow moving & obsolete investigations and propose actions to the Regional Supply Planner to improve the quality of the stock. The Regional Supply is responsible for the stock quantities in terms of weeks coverage and absolute value. Ensure subcontracting activities are executed carefully, collaborating with external vendors, to meet on time and in full market demand. Responsible for main brands within Export MSU as well as strategic markets Philippines and Vietnam. For Philippines a weekly dialogue with customer is key to ensure the end- to end supply chain is optimized: order- and production lead times, shipping process, SAP SKU setup and customer collaboration. Create overviews that clearly depict risks related to supply constraints in volume and value (NOS), escalates this during weekly calls with manufacturing units as well as with management teams. Performs and leads champions (supply chain operating system) by systematically solving problems using the root cause analysis (RCA), the whiteboard meetings and determine clear preventive actions. Measure and analyze key performance indicators to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias figures. Execute root cause analysis and apply preventive actions to improve future performance.
