Tax Planning Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimise tax efficiencies for MENA and UAE entities Analyse tax implications of business activities and provide guidance and support on tax-related matters, including structuring of transactions, contract negotiations, business expansions, etc. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company's tax position and adjusting strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions and initiatives Tax Compliance Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Coordinate with external tax advisors and consultants to gather necessary information, review tax calculations, and address any tax-related inquiries or audits Maintain documentation and records to support tax filings and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to local regulations and reporting requirements Implement best practices in tax management and leverage technology solutions to streamline workflows and optimise resources.
