As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordinationManage employee onboarding and orientation processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRISProcess payroll and benefits administrationHandle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentiallyDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor lawsCoordinate performance management processes and training initiativesPrepare HR reports and analytics for management reviewCollaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needsStay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2-4 years of experience in HR rolesProficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesKeen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsEffective time management and ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulationsUnderstanding of HR best practices and proceduresHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
