Our drivers are required to deliver and dispense fuel safely and efficiently while following the standard operating procedure - ensuring no danger to property or public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs.
- Ensure all inspections comply with state and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain inspection results and recommended actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Bike driver license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Inspection Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology preferred.
- ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to vehicle inspection and repair.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including indoors and outdoors.
