Role Description:
- Install, test, and commission fiber optic and data cabling infrastructure.
- Install enterprise IT and computer equipment, such as server cabinets & racks, servers, networking equipment, routers, and switches.
- Perform patch cabling for switches, servers, and other ICT equipment.
- Program and set up routers and switches to meet specific network requirements for Smart Home Automation Systems.
- Configure and maintain network firewalls to ensure secure data communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELV equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and field staff.
- Ensure all installations and configurations meet industry standards and company requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the field team to integrate ELV systems.
- Document technical procedures and configurations.
