Job Description

We are a diversified business conglomerate with our flagship company Man Industries Ltd. is in the league of World Class Manufacturing and Exporter of LSAW, HSAW, ERW Line pipes and Coating systems, Induction Bends etc. With a turnover of about USD 400 Million we are well poised to multiply growth in next couple of years through our expansion projects. Our clients are spread across the globe in Oil & Gas Sector. We are strengthening our International Business Development and Export Marketing Team in Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Dammam (KSA). You should come from the background of Business Development of SAW Pipe /ERW/ DI Pipe/ Induction Bend and willing to travel internationally. The incumbent will:
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities in designated GCC & other International territories, focusing on the Oil & Gas sector as well as Water Sector.
  • Track Oil & Gas Pipe Line Projects; seize opportunity for Pipe supply etc.
  • Collaborate & Network with EPC / O&G Cos/ Agents for qualifications / listing.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans for market entry and expansion, including long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Carry out Registration/ Empanelment of company with respective clients for approval for future pipeline projects.
  • Prepare communication, generate business enquiries globally.
  • Work out operational plans, long term, and short-term opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
  • Prepare and update MIS, enquiries, offer submission, pending matters and Area of concerns on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Lead / Train & Develop the teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 10 to 20 years, at least 2 years handling GCC/ International projects. Qualifications: Engineering Graduate, International Marketing Management. Essential Attributes:
  1. Fluent English and Presentation skills.
  2. Networking & Team Working.
  3. Commercial Acumen.
  4. Self-Starter.
  5. Ability to penetrate in new market / sector.
Location of Positions: We have 3 positions at the following locations:
  • Dubai
Preferred Industry: You should have Business Development experience with Companies having Oil & Gas Sector as clients - Preferably from companies belonging to: EPC / Metal/SAW Pipe/ERW / DI Pipe/ Induction Bend etc. About Company: The 'MAN GROUP' is a diversified business conglomerate with its flagship company Man Industries (India) Ltd.
