We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with expertise in SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's SAP environment, including system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. The IT Manager will oversee a team of SAP specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful operation of our SAP systems. In addition, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, project management, and team leadership. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in SAP management. Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and management of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
Manage and lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct regular assessments of SAP systems to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for innovation.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to SAP technology, advising senior management on strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems and data.
Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP-related projects and provide training and support to end users as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP systems.
SAP certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
