Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within the Garment Manufacturing Industry;
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a robust talent pipeline;
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights specific to the apparel sector;
- Enhance employer branding and promote the company’s value proposition to attract top talent;
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a recruiter, within the Garment Manufacturing Industry;
- Experience in recruiting tailors and other factory workers;
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and maintain a strong candidate experience;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- Passion for the apparel industry and staying updated on industry trends.
