Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team at Sharif Eye Centers in Dubai. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential patients/customers via phone and other communication channels, build relationships, and convert leads into actual visits to our center. Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Calling & Outreach : Contact potential patients/customers to promote our services, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and qualify potential leads through effective follow-up calls, gathering relevant information about their needs and interest in our services.
• Consultative Selling : Understand customer needs, educate them on our services (like LASIK, vision correction, etc.), and provide tailored solutions to ensure conversion.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Engagement & Follow-Up : Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, monitor their progress, and maintain ongoing communication to convert potential leads into actual appointments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to leverage marketing campaigns, content, and strategies for effective customer conversion.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis : Track performance metrics, such as call volume, appointment conversion rates, and sales targets, and provide regular reports to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in healthcare or medical services, is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required (both written and spoken).
