Job Summary The HR Officer will oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and processes while delivering exceptional employee support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) , data analytics, recruitment, training, and general HR administration. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations & Compliance: Implement HR policies and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management. Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel and data analytics to generate reports and dashboards tracking key HR metrics. Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and identify trends.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
  4. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and benefits. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and grievance resolution. Conduct exit interviews and prepare turnover reports.
  5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to support employee growth. Maintain training records and track participation to ensure compliance and development progress.
  6. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, benefits programs, and performance review processes in collaboration with HR partners. Conduct market research to ensure competitive rewards offerings.
  7. Projects & Initiatives: Support HR projects, communications, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications And Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or group company.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
