A leading international program and project management firm specialising in construction management services across global markets. The clients expertise spans cost engineering, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Department Manager for Strategic Planning to lead critical infrastructure and urban development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive five-year strategic project portfoliosManage project registration and stage-gate processLead national and regional master planning effortsReview and approve capital investment plansPrioritise and align projects with strategic key performance indicatorsCoordinate with governmental departments and external stakeholdersDevelop capital expenditure plans for specialised programsSupport cross-departmental strategic planning and coordinationAssess organisational capabilities and recommend strategic workforce improvementsIntegrate geospatial data into centralised database platformsDevelop knowledge transfer and on-the-job learning programsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Urban Planning from an accredited Western universityMinimum 20 years experience in national/international development initiativesProven track record of engaging with utility providers and stakeholdersExtensive international work experience (Middle East experience preferred)Strong cultural understanding of regional project environmentsIf interested then reach out today for a confidential chat!
