By leveraging next-generation technology, we create global technology solutions that take on the biggest opportunities and solve the most complex challenges in travel.Positioned at the center of the travel, we shape the future by offering innovative advancements that pave the way for a more connected and seamless ecosystem as we power mobile apps, online travel sites, airline and hotel reservation networks, travel agent terminals, and scores of other solutions.Simply put, we connect people with moments that matter.Responsibilities:Full accountability for leading the Travel Network organization and delivering sustainable results across KSA market (this highly recognized position is responsible for individual and unit annual sales goals).Drive changes to the commercial model and bring new revenue streams.Deliver sustainable profit as well as market share growth in the KSA market.Direct a team of Sales Executives and Customer Solution Partners with efforts resulting in the development and implementation of designated sales initiatives and business plans.Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with Saudi Arabia customers complemented with superior customer service.Responsible for delivering world-class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion, and new sale development.Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure optimal market penetration.Monitor and ensure the highest level of collaboration across the performance of a cross-functional team of consultants, individual contributors, and salespeople internally and externally connected to Sabre.Maintain a high level of customer involvement with responsibility for establishing Sabre as the market leader in this segment.Define and lead new segment strategies and prioritize commercial and marketing activities accordingly.Maintain a highly visible presence in the Saudi market and within Sabre by actively driving the sales activities and developing best practices.Professional Background:Educated to a degree level (Business and/or IT science degree preferred).6-10 years related experience preferred in Growth Building transformative industries, technology, travel, and GDS a plus but not prerequisite.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.Extensive understanding or ability to rapidly learn KSA market landscape including competitive information, key trends, opportunities, and threats.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills.Extensive people management experience with the ability to motivate and lead through change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a competitive and targeted sales environment.Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
