Coordinate and liaise with the car leasing agency and the B.U marketing team to ensure artwork design is approved for branding.
- New vehicle requests and arrangements
- Replacement of contract expired vehicles
- Fuel card management and arrangements
- 95% car availability for operational activity at any given time
- Servicing and maintenance of owned cars
- Turnaround time (TAT) of leasing agency cars taken for service, repairs, accidents, or branding
- Branding approval from categories, allocation, process, implementation, and payments
- Fleet master data management – car change records, expiry records, mapping under users and channels against branding
- Arranging category-wise quota for upcoming allocation against plans and existing deadlines; availability of category artworks with the branding agency for vehicle branding
KPIs
- Maximum focus on quality branding of all sales cars, buses, and trailers of Intergulf
- Minimizing costs through effective management of the fleet and negotiation with agencies for branding
