Position Title: Accountant / Admin Company: SMART PLUS SERVICES DMCC

Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for cash receipts, reconciliation, and customer service.
Manage financial records and office operations.
Prepare employee pay slips, manage payroll processing, generate tax invoices, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations using ERP systems.
Maintain financial records, prepare financial statements, handle accounts, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Send invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payment collections.
Coordinate audits and manage petty cash.
Oversee financial transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform cost control, budgeting, cash flow reporting, and MIS management.
Support financial analysis and budgeting while collaborating with teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Integrity and problem-solving skills.
