SENIOR ELECTRICAL DESIGNER OFFSHORE

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for offshore platforms and associated facilities.Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of electrical designs with project requirements and standards.Perform electrical calculations, such as load analysis, voltage drop, and cable sizing.Review and interpret project specifications, client requirements, and applicable codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, API, NEMA).Conduct design reviews and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate electrical design activities with other disciplines.Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendor proposals.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafters.
