You'll become our competitive edge, dissecting industry movements and sizing up our rivals to keep us steps ahead.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint opportunities ripe for our expertise.Keep a finger on the pulse of the legal sector, analyzing competitors and industry shifts to sharpen our strategic focus.Seek out and nurture new business avenues, broadening our clientele with your visionary approach.Forge and fortify relationships with prospective clients and collaborators, turning introductions into long-term partnerships.Ignite lead generation across diverse channels, from the buzz of networking events to the vast expanse of digital platforms.Collaborate with our Fee Earners and leadership team, brainstorming and executing organic growth strategies.Liaise with external partners and marketing agencies to amplify our presence and polish our promotional efforts.Monitor and maneuver key performance metrics, fine-tuning our strategies to ensure we're always elevating our game.Immerse yourself in our services, becoming the bridge that connects clients with our Fee Earners' expertise.Skills and Experience:Exceptional planning and organisational talents to architect our business development blueprint.Stellar communication skills that resonate with internal teams and external audiences alike.A way with words and a gift for articulation, both in writing and in person.A creative mind that sees beyond the conventional, crafting innovative approaches to marketing and growth.An analytical mindset that dissects data and transforms it into actionable insights.A proven track record of problem-solving and thinking outside the legal box.Resilience under pressure, with a capacity to deliver results within tight timelines.An intuitive understanding of our Fee Earners' work, fostering synergy between business development and legal services.
