Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems with the support of KPIs. Good ability to communicate and work as a team with stakeholders and Asia Distributors. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. Eager and fast to learn, open-minded for feedback and improvement. Highly competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), communication skills, and possess analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-disciplined with good time management. Proficient in numbers/figures for data analysis and able to generate reports. Able to travel, work off-site at dealerships and workshops, and work long hours if needed.
