Don't hesitate to apply.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent degree is requiredExceptional knowledge of office computer systems and softwareStrong written and communication skills with clients and customersExperience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other dataAbility to effectively work within record software and update files accuratelyOrganize and add detailed information to the personal calendar of management and other members of staffExperience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulationsMaintain and order office and supplies as requested by management and staffResponsibilitiesEnter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheetsReview all data for errors and report any unusual findings to managementCollect and determine completeness of all information before entering data into software programsScan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entryWork following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal lawGenerate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved uponEnsure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processesFile and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documentsJob SpecificationJaved Shaikh (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Data Entry in the field of Information Technology in one of their offices located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain - United Arab Emirates.
