Job description We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter - Executive/Leadership to join our growing recruitment team in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers on a regular basis, assist in writing the Executive/Leadership job descriptions
  • Post jobs on the websites and social networks
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen Executive/Leadership resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities
  • Extend the job offers; negotiate the conditions
  • Verify references
  • Prepare the reports on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of proven work experience hiring for corporate roles for US Geography.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Corporate roles for Executive/Leadership hiring.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices.
