Responsibilities:
- Bridging the connection between technical teams and sales teams, acting as an ambassador for the Application Division in front of sales and clients.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Assisting the sales team by addressing the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
- Writing technical proposals and supporting cost estimates.
- Analyzing and collecting customer requirements.
- Developing requirements specification documentation.
- Identifying and determining project scope.
- Building solution architecture and design.
- Interfacing directly with clients, business users, and management.
- Managing and communicating with external vendors.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing application development, solution architecture, and presales.
- Strong background in software solutions and applications.
- Experience as a pre-sales/sales specialist.
- Experience in software development and integration.
- Team leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to research and stay updated on industry developments.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in GCC countries.
- Understanding and experience in the following domains:
- Systems integration.
- Portals and E-Services.
- Workflows and automation.
- Mobile applications development.
- Documents and content management.
- Business intelligence, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Diversity of technologies, including:
- Oracle technology (Database, Weblogic, SOA Suite, ADF, APEX, WebCenter).
- .Net Framework.
- Mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter).
- Other technologies are a plus, including Software AG and IBM.
