Presales Specialist- Kuwait

Responsibilities:

1. Bridging the connection between technical teams and sales teams, acting as an ambassador for the Application Division in front of sales and clients.
2. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
3. Assisting the sales team by addressing the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
4. Writing technical proposals and supporting cost estimates.
5. Analyzing and collecting customer requirements.
6. Developing requirements specification documentation.
7. Identifying and determining project scope.
8. Building solution architecture and design.
9. Interfacing directly with clients, business users, and management.
10. Managing and communicating with external vendors.

1. Fluent in Arabic and English.
2. Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
3. Experience in managing application development, solution architecture, and presales.
4. Strong background in software solutions and applications.
5. Experience as a pre-sales/sales specialist.
6. Experience in software development and integration.
7. Team leadership and excellent communication skills.
8. Excellent writing skills.
9. Excellent presentation skills.
10. Ability to research and stay updated on industry developments.
11. Influencing and negotiation skills.
12. Experience in GCC countries.
13. Understanding and experience in the following domains:
14. Systems integration.
15. Portals and E-Services.
16. Workflows and automation.
17. Mobile applications development.
18. Documents and content management.
19. Business intelligence, reporting, and analytics tools.
20. Diversity of technologies, including:
21. Oracle technology (Database, Weblogic, SOA Suite, ADF, APEX, WebCenter).
22. .Net Framework.
23. Mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter).
24. Other technologies are a plus, including Software AG and IBM.
