Don't hesitate to apply.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field may be preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) title may be necessary or preferred3-5 years of previous accounting experienceWorking knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity toolsAbility to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific accounting toolsStrongly detail-oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accountsProven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask across different types of accounting-related projectsResponsibilitiesAid accounting staff and department with day-to-day accounting dutiesManage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across departmentsReceive and process invoices and billing statementsTrack payments and ensure accuracy of paid accountsAssist with general accounts payable and accounts receivable dutiesContact clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time paymentsPrepare written reports for delivery to senior-level managersUtilize spreadsheets and database tools to assist in financial record keepingJob SpecificationPratik Patel (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Accountant in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their offices located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
