You will actively prospect clients, build relationships and close business and also be responsible for partner development in the region including system integrators and referral partners. You will work closely with various groups within the company to help drive business growth in the region.This position reports into the CEO, overall working closely with the leadership in the company. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.What responsibilities will you be trusted with?Owning the sales quota for the UAE demographicsGenerating leads from within your network and from business development activitiesManaging end to end deal cycle and building and maintaining the deal pipelineLeveraging partnerships in the regionWorking closely and guiding business development representativesUsing Hubspot for deal trackingEffectively tapping into Haptik's ecosystem to utilize all available resourcesWork on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for?3 - 5+ years experience in Core SalesMinimum 2+ years of experience in Enterprise and Tech salesGood network and understanding in UAE demographics.0 to 1 growth MindsetCan start with nothing and then build a team from scratchStrong communication skillsLooking for Indian Nationals based out of UAEWorking hard for things that we don't care about is stress, but working hard for something we love is called passion!
