Technical Support Engineer - HospitalityJob Type: ContractJob Role: Technical SupportJob Location: DubaiJob Posted on: Jan 29, 2021Responsibilities:Support BMS & DLS devices communication issues including DDC panels and provide onsite support for PC, Phone, and iPad.Set up meeting room info points, click share, and TV.Install and troubleshoot all Valet locations.Monitor iPad connectivity and coordinate with the APP team to resolve issues.Monitor PCS System and coordinate with respective teams (NOC, Security, or Vendor) for any issues (Report generation).Monitor biometric devices through the biometric application; communicate with vendors for rectification, register new employee fingerprints, and generate attendance reports as required.Create users for biometric application access with required privileges; coordinate with respective teams for any issues (NOC, SOC, System team).Monitor parking space availability for Grand, Fashion & Cinema Parking through the Car Park system; communicate with vendors for hardware issues after confirmation from NOC/SOC/System team and generate Car Park reports as required.Monitor UPS System and coordinate with respective teams (NOC, SOC, or Vendor) for any issues.Monitor Taxi Count System and coordinate with respective teams (NOC, Security, or Vendor) for any issues.Monitor Access Control System (Column/Barrier) and coordinate with respective teams (NOC, SOC, or Vendor) for any issues.Troubleshoot systems in the VIP Lounge and coordinate with vendors for rectification after L-1 support if required.Monitor AP, BMS, DLS, PCS, Biometric, Beacons, switches, UPS, VIP Parking, and Meter Checker through Nagios monitoring, V-Care, E-directory, and Feedback system; forward alerts to the concerned team for rectification after L-1 Support and validate after confirmation.Coordinate IDF & MDF with the cabling team and NOC; perform periodic health checks for all EMG IDF & MDF locations.Apply for this positionName:Current Location:Current CTC:Attach Resume (only in doc, docx, or pdf format less than 1MB):
