CMMS E&I Specialist / United Arab EmiratesWe are recruiting for the CMMS E&I Specialist - Onshore Operations position.Job Requirements:Qualifications:High National Certificate or Diploma (HNC or HND) or equivalent.Experience:10+ years with an Oil and Gas operating company experience in Maintenance Department.5+ years CMMS experience, preferably Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (EAM).In-depth understanding of electrical and instrumented equipment and their associated systems used in the Oil and Gas industry.Working knowledge of international codes and standards.Understanding of technical drawings (P&ID, SLD, Layout).Understanding of Equipment Criticality Assessment, Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and Performance Standards.Understanding of Maintenance Strategies development and implementation.Experience with process optimization and improvement.Responsibilities:Creation and modification of Maintenance Plans in Oracle. Prepare loadsheets for data transport and manually load and change maintenance plans. Set initial scheduling dates and balance manpower in consultation with the Planning and Scheduling Team Leads. Add task lists and Bills of Material to tasks and job-specific maintenance libraries. Link procedure documents held outside of Oracle to task operations.Maintain Asset Register data for all Onshore assets. Accountable for the accuracy of linking the plant hierarchy from plant, area, functional location, equipment, Bill of Materials, classification data, and catalogue profile assignment.Work with Project Engineers, mainly through the Engineering Change Approval Form (ECAF) process, to assign new tags for equipment from piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), install new functional locations, equipment, and Bill of Materials in Oracle, and assign cost centres in conjunction with Finance.Review P&IDs, Single Line Diagram (SLDs), and Layouts updated through ECAFs and update Equipment Tag status in Oracle Asset Register.Maintain and publish all Set Points Registers in Oracle. Update Set Points database based on requests received through approved Maintenance Change Requests.Update Bill of Materials linked to Planned Preventative Maintenance in Oracle whenever an approved request is received from Onshore through the Management of Change Request system.Create new Maintenance Activities and link them with appropriate Asset Tags in Oracle. Interact with Finance Team for assigning Work in Process (WIP) codes for Maintenance Activities.Update Equipment Locations in Oracle Asset Register based on Onshore confirmations.Administer Oracle-based Work Order Deferment System and distribute regular updates to the appropriate disciplines to ensure all parties are appraised of the deferment status and planned work.Provide support to onshore planning teams in the use of the Asset Register and Planned Maintenance system.Other Competencies / Skills / Others:Good understanding of Risk, Criticality, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Continuous Improvement Processes.Good understanding in Maintenance Change Request.Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications, and effective interpersonal skills.Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
