To promote and maintain the overall health and wellbeing of individuals, customers, and communities with an aim to prevent the onset and progression of diseases through various interventions and strategies.
Health Assessment Strategy and Overall Mindset

Liaises with clinical guidelines and technology to create comprehensive health assessment tools to identify risk factors and evaluate lifestyle to assess overall health status.
Developing customized and comprehensive preventive health programs tailored to specific populations or target groups or on an individual basis focusing on areas like health screening, regular check-ups, the wellbeing of chronic disease patients, and lifestyle modification through nutrition, physical activity, and smoking cessation.
Identify potential health risks among the group of customers based on their condition and behavior by analyzing data, trends, and surveys, and develop strategies to mitigate the risk.
Conducting screening for various diseases (cancer and chronic diseases).
Conducting regular check-up programs based on special criteria and targeted populations.
Facilitate immunization programs.
Creating customized healthy lifestyle programs for chronic and non-chronic customers based on age, gender, and health status.
Collaborating with healthcare providers to coordinate preventive care pathways to ensure seamless integration of the service.
Monitoring health outcomes by tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement and program redesign.
Contributing to preventive care policies by providing evidence-based recommendations.
Networking and collaborating with different organizations like stakeholders and governmental agencies to foster partnerships and support health initiatives to promote a culture of wellness.
Preventive Care Operational Excellence

Creating comprehensive preventive care programs that outline specific preventive care services and establish protocols and guidelines.
Educate and train stakeholders on the importance of preventive care and their knowledge about specific services.
Implement effective communication strategies to inform customers about the importance of preventive care and encourage them to participate through different channels such as social media.
Monitor compliance with preventive care guidelines and regularly assess the partners and stakeholders.
Establish analyzing and data collection systems to provide patient outcomes and program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Collaboration with other stakeholders, community partners, and insurers.
Identify barriers that prevent access to preventive care services and develop strategies to overcome them.
Engage in research activities related to preventive health, including data collection and analysis, and technology implementation.

Support the delivery of preventive care projects by conducting follow-up and coaching of our members for all healthcare projects and initiatives launched.

Ensure the availability of technology systems as a comprehensive set of tools, devices, and software designed to promote and support preventive care, utilizing advanced technologies to monitor, assess, and manage individuals’ health proactively.

The successful candidate will be part of the segment level team that handles accounting, compliance (IFRS) and assurance over segment financials reported both internally and externally. 	<li>Closely monitors commercial operations to maximize value creation and prevent value loss.</li>
	<li>Identify and implement preventative and detective controls on key financial processes</li>
	<li>Establish and maintain reconciliation controls on balance sheet accounts</li>
	<li>Maintain Upstream internal reference material related to accounting & compliance</li>
	<li>Implement and oversee transfer pricing and cost allocation policies in the Upstream area</li>

	<li>12 years of experience in the Finance and reporting related activities. Preferably, 5+ years of this experience will be in the Oil & Gas value chain.</li>
	<li>Previous experience in implementing financial controls.</li>
	<li>Solid understanding of IFRS in relation to Oil & Gas</li>
	<li>Previous experience in delivering presentations to C-Suite</li>
	<li>Ability to work with incomplete data and drive conclusions and recommendations to senior management</li>
	<li>Working knowledge of SAP Finance Modules.</li>
	<li>In depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: well accounting, asset accounting, cost reallocations, revenue accounting, transfer pricing, financial consolidation and group reporting requirements</li>
	<li>Strong modelling experience would be considered an asset as it allows you to be active in an even broader suite of responsibilities</li>

You will also conduct technical studies and analyses for heaters. You will work jointly with subject matter experts of various engineering disciplines. In addition, you will coach, and support the training and development of junior engineers within the team.<br />

	<li>Perform investigations of Piping & Valves failures to identify root cause(s) and to prevent reoccurrence of such failures.</li>
	<li>Participate in HAZOP Studies review.</li>
	<li>Provide engineering support to repair hydrocarbon leaks, review and approve the bolted clamp calculations and design made by the specialized leak sealing contractors companies to maintenance prior to field installation.</li>
	<li>Perform piping mechanical calculations like minimum wall thickness for internal and external pressure, branch reinforcement calculations, Maximum Allowable Work Pressure (MAWP) calculations as per ASME B31.3, hydrotest pressure, rating and/or de-rating of piping circuits by following API 570, fitness for service to evaluate flaws or damage and determine if the piece of pipe is suitable for continuous operation by using API 579, perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II, perform flange calculations as per ASME VIII Div 1 App 2 using PVElite, perform nozzle calculations using WRC-107 and WRC-297 modeling the analysis in Caesar II or PVElite.</li>
	<li>Perform Hot Taps calculations by using Aramco standards and API 2201.</li>
	<li>Provide guidance for On-steam inspection and CML optimization.</li>
	<li>Develop EWRs by preparing detailed design packages including scope of work, assembly/erection procedures, welding procedures, Non-Destructive Testing NDT requirements, material list and sketches/drawings</li>

	<li>Deep understanding of fitness for service calculation per API 579</li>

	<li>Experience is piping vibration analysis is highly desirable.</li>

The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.<br />

	<li>Guide and design improvements and models to understand refining market dynamics. Challenging, validating models and improve tools to monitor and forecast downstream sector.</li>
	<li>Highlight Downstream insights on different regions; presenting key highlights on direction of refinery system going forward.</li>
	<li>Assists Director and Division Heads with adhoc requests or special projects: responds to queries regarding specific topics.</li>
	<li>Represents Saudi Aramco at industry conferences and seminars. Travel is required one or two times a year.</li>

In this role, the person will be seen as the expert on petrochemical fundamentals and quantitative methods to provide insights and analysis throughout the department.<br />

As part of the Transfer Pricing Compliance and Reporting Division (TPC&R), the TPS will be accountable for a variety of transfer pricing compliance activities of the worldwide enterprise. Responsibilities include, preparation and review of analysis related to the Saudi Aramco Group's compliance with Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 obligations and various other BEPS initiatives; transfer pricing documentation and reporting; review of intercompany transactions and agreements; managing transfer pricing related risks and audits; and other activities as needed. <br> <br> The TPS will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations whilst supporting the organization's global tax accounting and compliance efforts.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><br><ul> <li> <b> Transfer Pricing Documentation: </b> Prepare, review, and maintain detailed documentation to support the company's transfer pricing policies and methodologies. Identify Transfer Pricing opportunities within the organization and Develop new initiatives and functions that supports the Transfer Pricing Practice<br />
<br />
Advise on transfer pricing aspects of business expansion including entering into new countries, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions<br />

Enhance governance and controls over existing and new transfer pricing calculation/execution, reporting/documentation processes<br />
<br />
Provide transfer pricing documentation support in accordance with Saudi and global guidelines<br />
<br />
Monitor transfer pricing regulations, cases in litigation and other relevant tax laws to improve governance and controls over transfer pricing and manage related risk<br />

Ensure the formulation and execution of Transfer Pricing solutions and provide advice to management on Transfer Pricing issues<br />

Work closely with various teams in Law and Controllers organizations to ensure compliance<br />

Working on benchmarking studies for transactions occurred in Industry and Support various transfer pricing projects upon request<br />
<br />
<b>Education & Experience Requirements</b><br />
<br />
Math, or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred. Completion of a Finance/Accounting professional credential is also preferred. (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA)<br />
Experience in Big 4 would be preferred<br />
<br />
Strong international Transfer Pricing experience (5 years minimum) or a qualified tax professional with strong commercial acumen<br />
<br />
10+ years of experience in transfer pricing, working closely with an in-house accounting/finance department<br />
<br />
You should a demonstrated capability and track record, in the practice and in the use of business intelligence tools.<br />
<br />
Possess solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel.<br />
Have an excellent written and verbal English communication skills. A strong command of English is required. A strong command of classic Arabic is a plus.<br />

For the general corporate practice, as the world's largest energy company, Saudi Aramco has many international joint ventures, affiliates, and subsidiaries. The Law Organization's General Corporate and Commercial Contracts Practice Team manages the legal, general commercial, and corporate governance issues for these entities, primarily from a shareholder and governance perspective.<br><br>Saudi Aramco's Law Organization is growing in response to a broad corporate initiative that involves the continued growth of its exploration, production, refining and marketing, along with expansion into petrochemicals, renewables, power and other sectors of the energy business. For adventurous individuals who are interested in working at one of the world's most successful companies, Saudi Aramco offers challenging and sophisticated in-house opportunities.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><br><ul> <li> Serve as the corporate secretary for one or more entities, organizing and managing board meetings, and advising as to board authority and corporate governance matters.  </li> <li> Advise as to shareholder issues and manage the interface between the entity, the parent, and other affiliates.   </li> <li> Work closely with internal Saudi Aramco clients and support their substantial and complex contracting and purchasing functions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating EPC and construction contracts, O&M agreements, BOO/BOOT contracts, service agreements, and other commercial contracts and related agreements.  </li> <li> Prepares and issues opinions and advice to Management with respect to complex corporate rights and obligations, contracts and agreements. </li> <li> Performs other duties as assigned by the Law Management; provides continuing assistance, guidance and instructions to other counsels. <br>  </li> </ul><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br><ul> <li> A Juris Doctorate / Master of Laws degree or equivalent.  </li> <li> Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident. </li> <li> Minimum 12 years relevant work experience. Of which, at least 6+ years with a strong law firm, large corporation, or other sophisticated business organization. </li> <li> Relevant commercial contracts experience. </li> <li> Experience serving as corporate secretary to a sophisticated board of directors. </li> <li> General corporate experience. </li> <li> Experience providing concise and clear support to internal clients. </li> <li> Leadership and mentorship experience.
