Responsibilities:Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Design templates, banners, and images; convert photos and edit videos for social media.Manage Google Ads campaigns.Implement SEO strategies.Possess web and graphic design experience.Have experience in photo and videography.Develop and implement marketing plans; analyze competitors' strategies.Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits; analyze the market to identify target customers.Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts and create daily content for social media platforms.Support the sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in optimization, advertising, social media, and property portals.Navigate property portals effectively (My CRM, Property Finder, Bayut, Broker Pad, Dubizzle) to showcase products.Compensation and Benefits:Basic salary: 5000/- to 6000/- AED.Visa and medical insurance are provided.Opportunities for career growth as the company expands.
