Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified electrician and/or plumber with relevant licenses.
- Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Additional certifications or specialized training in electrical or plumbing systems.
- Experience in HVAC systems, if applicable.
- Diploma (Required)
- Electrical: 3 years (Required)
- Driving License (Preferred)
