Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and increase revenue.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the immigration sector.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the immigration consultancy or related industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Must be in Dubai and willing to start ASAP.
