It offers complete after-sales services and provides innovative transport solutions.Job PurposeControl and coordinate overall activities of product specifications, technical design, ordering process with Principals, costing and pricing of the products, market segmentation, inventory management, body builder specifications, body builders selection, body builders negotiation, quality inspection of the superstructure supplied by body builders, and supply chain of units.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign the product specs along with the manufacturer and sales team according to the market needsContinuous revision of product range specification quality and manufacturing defects to ensure product developmentStudy the new technology requests from customers and coordinate with the principal to understand what can be offeredStudy tender documents and coordinate with the principal and partners to fulfill the tender technical and commercial submissionCoordinate with different body builders to get quotes and technical specs to match with customer requirementsSelect the right body builder based on technical quality and commercial needsReview the design and fitment of the superstructure over chassis and ensure it follows the principal body builder instructionIssue work orders to body builders and follow up on delivery timelinesInspect the final product supplied by body builders to ensure high quality and guidelines have been followedCoordinate between the sales team and workshop to ensure sold units are ready after performing the PDI and the necessary preparation according to the sales agreementManage the inventory of each brand and ensure inventory efficiencyWork with the manufacturer in any new technology or new product launchWork with existing and new manufacturers to develop any gaps in the productHelp in setting the necessary product training required for the sales team and coordinate with the Competence Development Manager and principalJob RequirementsQualificationsBachelor Degree preferably in Mechanical or Automobile EngineeringExperienceMin of 10 Years of CV product management experienceKnowledge & SkillsTechnical knowledge: Deep knowledge of Commercial Vehicles technical specificationsSupply chain: Good knowledge and experience in managing orders, inventory, and logisticsAt Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things.
